automatically saved draft - send 2 signatures

Not A Problem
Hi

If you are writing an email and leave the window open for 5 minutes without sending, it saves it to drafts automatically and if you send that email then the recipient receives two images of the signature. What is the solution?

Hi Frederico,

Thank you for reaching out. I wasn't able to replicate this behavior in my testing.

Are you able to replicate this behavior on demand, or does it happen at random?
Can you please provide the Build number that your server is running? This can be found in the About SmarterMail menu, or in the Diagnostics page.

Thank you,

Hi Andrea

Build 8559 (Jun 8, 2023)

I can always replicate it.
We are writing an email with one signature. After the saved draft pop-up appears, if the email is sent, the recipient receives two images of the signature

Hi Frederico,

I attempted to replicate this behavior, but I wasn't able to. Even after my email was saved as a draft, the email that was both sent and received contains only 1 attachment. Can you please upgrade to the latest build and see if you're able to still replicate this behavior?

If you are still able to replicate this behavior on the latest build, I'll need a copy of your signature for further review. To provide this, go to Settings > Signatures. Edit the signature, expand the toolbar, and choose Code View. Then copy the complete contents into a text file and reply to your support ticket to provide it.

Kind regards,

Just wanted to provide an update on this thread. The support ticket was closed with the assumption that the issue is no longer present on the latest build of SmarterMail.
