Hello Luca, thanks for your follow up. The significant number of regular MAPI users will increase memory/CPU usage as MAPI is an intensive protocol. That being said, if you're seeing significant increases that don't clear up on their own - I recommend submitting a ticket and we can help confirm if its normal or not.
