I created a new documentation for Rspamd to use with SmarterMail

Meant to comment on this earlier, Martin. Thanks for doing this -- it's very helpful. There are a few different ways to set up Rspamd, so it's nice to have a few options for SmarterMail admins. Appreciate the effort!
