Admin rights granularity

We'd like to see some granularity for multiple admin users. In particular, being able to select domain accounts to which admins will have access. Also, we'd like to some deeper granularity with the rights assignment within the platform. Similar to how one may want Helpdesk Admin as opposed to Global Admin so that technicians at different tier levels can only perform certain tasks.

Sub-admins will be a nice function to manage domain resellers
