Full Screen Chat on Mobile Devices

I'd like to propose the idea of making the chat function better for clients on mobile devices.

1. The chat window/bubble needs to take over the whole screen. Or even open in new tab.

The problem with the current implementing is that the chat bubble is easily lost and the chat session disconnected on mobile devices. The bubble also makes it smaller on already small screens.

2. It would be great if we could also send customs directly to the chat window for integrations like inside a mobile app "Chat with support" links .. so they don't have to see support home pages.

Lets get some votes on this idea.
