Blocked Emails doesn't really block them.

I have a client that has started getting a lot of spam lately from various domains.  Mostly they end up in junk; we are using the block sender.   I set up a rule to delete emails from these various domains; however, they are not getting deleted, just moved to junk.

Below are my logs from today after putting in the delete rule yesterday.  I removed my user info and the from address, but as you can see the rule didn't work.  below is a copy of my rule, so not sure why it doesn't delete the email and instead delivers it to spam.

Hello,

According to your log, I'm suspecting that you also have declared these domains in "Blocked senders" here:

and that your action defined for blocked senders is to Move them to Junk Folder.

I imagine that the "Blocked senders" logic comes into action before the custom filters that you are showing in your screenshot and therefore as there is a match for the sender e-mail/domain in the "Blocked sender" it will never reach your filters that should drop the mail.

This is only speculations but it might worth a try to take a look at it.

Kind regards.
