We have a client trying to get their email from sbcglobal.net through IMAP.  They have set the username and password properly, but it still doesn't let them in.  I know that for Yahoo mail, you have to set a key to allow POP or IMAP to pull the mail.  However, I haven't been able to find any information on how to get it for sbcglobal.net. Does anyone know how to get this to work?  Thank you.
