Whitelist to bypass clam antivirus

For some reason clam antivirus is quarantining an attachment from a bank. I have verified that the file does not contain a virus. Is there anyway to create a bypass for that domain that is sending the files. I only see ip address. Thank you for anyone that can help.

Hi Vince!

As far as I know, there is no way to bypass ClamAV scanning in SmarterMail.

If you are seeing false-positives, you will need to report them directly to ClamAV using the form at the following link: https://www.clamav.net/reports/fp

Linda is correct I believe! You can figure out which signature is being triggered on that message though, and whitelist that signature temporarily at least:
