SPF Permerror - spf.hostmanagement.net not found

I joined a company and am now in a position where I have to research a new error we're seeing that is affecting our deliverability.  In an email I sent from our domain to my Gmail, I see this line, which I imagine Google isn't happy about.  It appears that the domain is associated with our Smarter Mail somehow and that someone added it to our SPF entry in Cloudflare, but for some reason, it is now, or always has been defunct.  How do I resolve this?
ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.google.com;
       spf=permerror (google.com: permanent error in processing during lookup of mark.mitchell@rasmussenreports.com: spf.hostmanagement.net not found)

It means that your domain SPF records has a bogus entry:

root@echelon# host -t TXT rasmussenreports.com

rasmussenreports.com descriptive text "spf2.0/pra a mx ptr include:spf.criticalimpactinc.com ~all"
rasmussenreports.com descriptive text "google-site-verification=mI15iaKLktEtNtYayZ6N5L-hLciDtEcu0RcrE36_QQs"
rasmussenreports.com descriptive text "v=spf1 a mx include:authsmtp.com include:spf.hostmanagement.net ip4: ip4: include:spf.criticalimpactinc.com ~all"
The spf.hostmanagement.net entry doesn't exists. You should remove this include from your domain SPF record.

Host spf.hostmanagement.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

root@echelon# host -t TXT spf.hostmanagement.net
Host spf.hostmanagement.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Hey Mark, 

Thanks for reaching out with this question. 
I just checked your SPF record and it appears that you have removed the bad host include.
v=spf1 a mx include:authsmtp.com ip4: ip4: include:spf.criticalimpactinc.com ~all
