Thanks Kevind! Since you're not seeing any IDS blocks, can you check the Error logs to see if you see any entries noting this user account? I suspect they may have a corrupt folders.json or folders-xxxx.json. Worst case though you should be able to restore a backup copy of the bad file from the user's Archived Data folder if that is the case.
