Unable to open eml files in some users account in smarter mail 15.7 version

Not A Problem
We are unable to open eml extension files in some accounts in smatermail 15.7, but the same files are getting open in different accounts of same domain, kindly check and revert asap.

What do you expect to be reverted? SmarterMail 15 is EOL...
