Ticket Time Logs - Buttons

Can you build 10-60 minute buttons that an employee can click to document time in lieu of entering/modifying specific dates/times?

This is a great idea, it will definitely cut back on the time spent entering the time logs which can take up to a minute to add the custom time logs to the tickets.

Using buttons to account for the time spent on a task would be much more efficient than having to enter the exact time to the minute.
