Smarttrack 2nd domain chat not showing

I have two sites  which I have added the chat code to.
The one site works without an issue. The second does mot display the chat icon. 

If I swap the code from the other site the chat becomes active.

Hello James, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this! Did this issue come up after making any changes or upgrading the environment, or has this been ongoing? Next, if you open up your browser's Developer Tools>Console area then navigate to the broken page - do you see any errors returned here? Thanks James, have a good one!

Hi Kyle,

Sorry posted under incorrect profile before. So the code runs ok. No errors on dev tools.
If I take the same code for another site I have working and place it on the same domain the chat bot loads.

Not to worry Robert! It sounds like there might be a config issue with the live chat script, groups, or something in and around there. Is this a different brand the chat is set up for, or just a different website?

Hi Kyle,

It seems I have manage to fix it. 
I had three brands. 

Default. 
2nd
3rd

2nd was my original working site on one domaiin.
Default and 3rd both had chat enabled under brand portal. And both had the same Chat Link Style. I disabled on the default profile and enabled on the 3rd profile, to make sure host headers matched.  i think that may have resolved.
