The server that originally had SmarterTrak, took a hit... and is down for the count.
We installed AND upgraded SmaterTrak and installed on a different server.
All went well, except none of the images are displaying in the knowledge base.
I remember that somehow /some config ~ we had a unquie "place or directory" that the images were stored.
I have the images, but can't find the config or settings to reference the file/directory.
Any ideas on where that setting might be?

Hello Merle, 

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with images/attachments after the issue you experiences. By default all attachments and images are stored here

C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterTrack\MRS\App_Data\Attachments

You can try and merge the two folders. 

The KB should have a ID in the 'code' view that can help you track down and verify this in the database.
