Auditing file sharing - accesses to links

Hello,

Is there any way to audit file sharing? I mean, is the access to the links logged anywhere so that we can see if it has been accessed / the file downloaded and maybe from what IP?

Hello Lonel,

SmarterMail does not log this, you should be able to look at your IIS logs to get the details though. The GUID at the end of the string is unique and should make it easy to search the logs.

OK, thank you Tony for pointing me in the right direction.

Still, since this is a SmarterMail feature, it would be useful to have any access to the files shared via the File Store section of webmail be logged in a SM log as well, so as to not have to peruse all IIS logs for this. Maybe this can be implemented in the future.
