What is the best way to share read-only calendar with Outlook 2019

I'm being told that this should be done with MAPI due to limitations elsewhere (we previously would have people use the Sharepoint functionality).  We have an account set up, companycalendar@example.com where the calendar is maintained.  We need 10 other users to have read-only access through Outlook.  All desktops are configured using MAPI to talk to our SmarterMail server for their own accounts.

I'm looking for both the process and possibly additional settings that would enable this for the most intuitive integration for end users.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Matt,

If the accounts are set up as MAPI the easiest way would be to add the user as a share

This will connect all shared devices from that user to this account in one step. If this is a domain resource and not from a user you will want to use the "Internet Calendar" option. To get the webcal address you can select the calendar from the web interface and enable the sharing option.

From here you will want to add to outlook.

Please let me know if you have anymore questions. Thank you
