Can all displayed dates be consistent in SmarterMail?

Thanks for reporting this. Since your license has current Maintenance and Support on it, I went ahead and opened a support ticket for this on your behalf. You should hear from a support agent shortly. Since we were also able to reproduce this I changed your thread to a bug report.
