Ticket Time Tracking in SmarterTrack

Hello all,

I've done some digging, and outside of the Time Logging feature I don't see a way to enable something like a timer on a ticket to track time spent.
Can anyone point me in the right direction or does anyone have any recommendations on what they use for an active timer?
