Build 8125 MAPI protocol 

My tests are showing the Notes are not syncing or showing any entries with apple devices/

After more testing, this issue is related to the iOS version.

Made some tests too. 

1- Modified a note on Outlook MacOS (EWS Protocol) v16.60 (2019) - changes not reflected to IOS device (Activesync) iOS version15.4.1 = Test failed.

2- Made a new note on IOS (Activesync) - The new note appeared as supposed on Outlook MacOS (EWS) = Test passed
