Hello,

I have situation with one client which has a lot of accounts on my SmarterMail instance and all of them are connecting from the same IP address. This scenario is triggering IMAP IDS rule. Their IP is dynamic so I can't add it to whitelist and it looks like only thing which I can do is to update or remove IDS rule (300 connections in 10 minutes). Can someone from SM dev team consider this scenario and add some kind of feature which allow to handle this kind of scenarios?

My suggestions are in title:

possibility to exclude domain from IDS (maybe allow adding domains to Whitelist section)
override IDS for certain domain to different values
automatically make IP as IDS friendly (for period of time) if XX% of its connections are valid
