Trying to export an ICS file with multiple appointments results in being logged out and the export never happens

Hello,

We`re on Build 8055 (Jan 20, 2022) and if we go to the Calendar -> All appointments -> select 1 or all applointments -> then Export ICS, we get logged out and the export never happens.

Does anyone else experience this? Does this happen in the latest build?

Hello and good morning! I just did a quick test on this and was able to reproduce, so I'm going to bring this up with development and will follow up here when I get some more details. Thanks for reporting this!

Correction, we actually had this one on our list already and it will be resolved in an upcoming build. Keep an eye out for this one on the release notes!

Hello Kyle,

Is there a custom build available for this fix ? An critical customer tried to export his agenda to ICS today and opened a support case with the same symptoms (logged out of interface when trying to export agenda to ics).

The fix for this issue has been made available in today's release of build 8125: 
Fixed: A rare issue preventing appointments from exporting as .ics files.

Too bad this fix is now too late.. we had to use other work-arounds to export calendars. But great it`s fixed; good to have it working in the future.
