Need a setting to define the maximum amount of memory the Smartermail Service (MailService.exe) can consume.  We have this ability on SQL Server.

Reason:  We are experiencing continued memory run-away conditions where RAM utilization will suddenly jump from a fairly constant ~20 GB, all the way to maximum installed (currently 64 GB).  We get alarms and texts when it approaches, and if we don't rush to manually stop the SmarterMail process, it will fully exhaust 100% of physical memory and virtual memory (swap space), to the point the SmarterMail process crashes.  

At that point, the server is so out of memory, that even logging in to the console takes 5-10 minutes.

Need to be able to limit SmarterMail to, for example, no more than 60 GB on a 64 GB machine, to leave some RAM available so we can actually log in and take actions.
