Thank you for posting to the community. My name is Zach I will be helping you with this question. This is a very simple process. All that you need to do is go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail\MRS on the server. After this replace the favicon.ico with one of your own. Then restart the IIS app pool. Then it should work. You might have to clear your cache however as favicons tend to get saved there.
