Custom Reporting in SmarterTrack

As of now, there is no way to generate a report with customer /organization name, ticket ID, time log, custom field, etc. Reporting is very important for a ticketing tool. If you can include the above-mentioned items in the reporting that will be a cool feature for the reporting.

Agreed, reporting is very limited - we want to do a weekly/monthly report to show all jobs logged by a single client....basic stuff, but we cannot seem to even do that.
