cant change inbox password

im trying to change the password of one inboxes from admin interface.
i get this massage 
value cannot be nul.
parameter name key 

and the old password dose not exist

These behaviors usually indicate that one of the JSON configuration files for this account is corrupted or missing. We do archive backup copies of those JSONs in the user's Archived Data folder which you can use to restore a valid backup copy with the SmarterMail system service in the stopped state. To confirm a backup copy is valid, you can paste its contents into something like jsonlint.com to parse and validate the file. I hope this helps!
