LastLoginTimes.xml not converted when Upgrading from SM v15.7 to Build 8025

Hi,

  Should the LastLoginTimes.xml convert when upgrading from SmarterMail v15.7 to the latest SmarterMail Build 8025?

   Everyone hows N/A for the last login time after the Upgrade/Conversion.
