Where are (inbound) Web Calendar Import errors logged?

Users are trying to import their iCloud calendars using webcal://  links, but are getting "connection test failed" errors.  Can't seem to find which log records those attempts, in order to diagnose.

Ideas or experiences to share?

I don't believe we have a log that is specific to these attempts, so I would start with the Errors logging and check the Developer Tools>Console area in your browser as well as we might log them here as well.
