Management Console Access

I must admit, my first short time testing Smartermail isn't going so well. I can't access the management console now. All was fine, but I closed the browser by mistake and now the link won't fire it back up. Doesn't matter if I type it in manually or via the start menu icon. Any ideas before I give up and go back to Exchange?

Hello John, 

A default install of SmarterMail will be on port 9998 unless this has been adjusted in IIS. To get to the System admin panel you will need to log in with a system admin account. The URL is the same for all the different levels. 

If this is not loading for you please look in IIS to make sure;
  • the site is running
  • the correct IP and port are assigned under bindings
