I just started supporting a client who wants me to use a ticket tracking system.  I am having difficulty finding the time to do this as well as having some unfamiliarity with the product.   So im looking for someone to understand what I need and setup the system accordingly.  Im using the hosted version.  This is not a job offering just a paid gig short term to get us up and running correctly. thanks guys.
