Delay send and scheduled send
Idea shared by Chris - 8/4/2021 at 8:55 AM
Planned
We have been getting frequent requests from customers who want a delay send and schedule send (like send in 30 minutes) option . I guess solely for the ability to retract an email after sending. So like "Send Now", "Send Later" type of deal.

I like this idea has a couple use cases, the ability to withdraw before sent, is a good one. There have been some late nights we have had that concluded with us sending emails at 1am, I thought it would've been nice if I could have had it wait until the morning. I could also see the usecase of sending a mailing list message at/after a specific time. +1

Yep, Agreed +1
Some people have their email going directly to their phones with loud announcements.  Or, wanting to send something out but avoid being part of the morning spam rush and make sure they go out till after like 10 am when people are at their desks and have maybe sorted out the trash already.

I had a customer request this feature today that said their old webmail client did this.

I have a client requesting this today. They want to migrate from Gsuite to SM, but they want this feature. Is it available yet?

Agreed Linda... We have requests for this constantly. We just point them to eM Client or Outlook.

The ability to schedule sending of an email is on our list/sprint in the future, but unfortunately we don't have an ETA on this at this time. At the very least you can tell them it is coming! :)

Thanks Kyle! There are plenty of 3rd party mail clients which have the feature so in the meantime that is what my customer is going to use. :)
