Password reset link not displayed portal with version 7803?

I am having this issue where there is no option to reset the password is displayed in the portal for an unauthenticated user.

Under Security -> Options I have enabled the password reset option.

Am I missing something or is this a known issue?

Hi Steven, 

Can you please check out these settings as well? 
  • Please ensure you have an SMTP account configured for the brand.
  • Enable the setting found at Brands > Permissions > Users can change password.
  • Enable the setting found at Brands > Portal > Enable login form.
