Inline images in KB are served as 0 bytes after upgrading from version 7.x -> 10- > 7803

Resolved

I found out that inline images are not rendered after upgrading.

They are served with HTTP 200 OK but the file sizes are 0 bytes.

Any ideas why this happens?

After further research I found that the \App_Data\UserResources folder was not copied over from the original installation.

Once I copied that folder to the new server all the images appear to be served ok.
