Smarter Track not installed on windows VPS? Are there any pre-requirements before installation of smarter track on windows VPS? Which framework compatible with Smarter Track installation?

You can install on a shared instance but may need to consult with your server provider for optimal settings. I've included the system requirements and other help documentation below for your reference as well:
