I think this might be related to the pages not being physically present, as we're not probing those URLs the same way an end-user would being that we're doing this in-code. I would like to ask that you submit a support ticket on this one so we can take a closer look for you. This was determined to be expected behavior, and we're submitting a feature request to have SmarterStats handle this as a "page-scrape" in the future to better enabled us to handle friendly links such as the ones found in products like Wordpress and Drupal. Please note on this community post if you'd like to see this functionality included in SmarterStats as well. 

Yes I definitely would like to see that feature added to SmarterStats.  My OCD kicks in hard when I see SmarterStats reporting Fixes needed.  Its stressful when they are in fact False positives.
