Content Filter Words or Phrases too fuzzy

Hello,
The "Contains specific words or phrases" condition is too fuzzy. For instance, if I have the word "trust" in my word list, the word "trusted" is matched to the condition.

Well, I had this problem again today and come to the community forum to see if I was just being dumb and missing a setting somewhere.
Am I the only one that has this problem or am I the only one too dumb to find the switch to tell it not be so fuzzy?
