We have a client that moved over to Office 365, over a year ago.
The staffer that did it, never did it properly and did not grab their old email data from our servers.
We want to give them a copy of their old email data so we can delete the domain. It has been a year, so its obvious not important to their day to day operations, And they do not wast to now import all of the old stuff into their current mailboxes.
I was asked today if we can simply export the 12 email boxes and all subfolders structure to outlook PST files, and hand it to them on a thumb drive. (It is only 10 gig of data) This is for SmarterMail 14.4 Enterprise.
Are there any built in tools to do this ?
If not, does anyone have anything handily available ?
I see some websites offering this as a service ? Are they legit ? has anyone used any of them ?
I was thinking of just setting up outlook on one of our computers and to it myself for them, but wanted to see if there is something already available.
