Add Global Log Processing Rules

Under Consideration
In the Log Processing Rules, we are attempting to add the exclusion of an ip for all 135 of our websites, as opposed to just doing it for one website at a time. Is there a way to do this in an automated way, or otherwise apply the removal of a particular IP, globally across all 135 websites?
