But at least you can do that within Outlook. And it doesn't interfere with Outlook local rules.
However, this is not the worst issue, I think MAYBE we could live with that (using webamail rules as a workaround) and maybe even with the "VIEW" issue for now.
So maybe we can migrate from Kerio (P.S.: removed Kerio from the post title...).
But the message "color categories" issue and the message "FollowUP, Reminder and Completion" issue are a show stopper for us, because many clients are using those functions on Outlook with Exchange, and we can't force them to stop using it...
Unfortunately I have not found a workaround to these two problems, and even if only one user uses them for each Exchange domain, then we are forced not to be able to migrate anything from that Exchange domain...
So, even if SmarterMail with MAPI support is claimed to be the only real Exchange alternative, without these two functions it really isn't and hence we can't use it instead of Exchange...
