What are the criteria used to populate the "Inactive Users" screen?

I'm checking it, but it seems to me that not all login modes are taken into consideration, meaning that some users who send mail via SMTP seem to be counted as inactive.

Currently manages 6 SmarterMail installations (1 in the cloud for SERSIS which provides services to a few hundred third-party email domains + 5 on-premise for customers who prefer to have their mail server in-house)
