OK - probably a dumb question. We have a test server setup with the latest build of SM (build 7692). Set this up to see new interface to prep for our upgrade from v15.7 shortly.
All was well when I set this up a few weeks back. Have a single test domain on it and everything is configured properly for public access (just for testing right now). Had my other techs login and look at it and become familiar with new interface. Also tested sending / receiving emails to test domain and all is good.
Went to login as "admin" this morning to set a demo account up for one of our larger clients to preview with, and I cannot get the admin account to work now. Using
p: [blanked out]
Error message I get is "The domain is not found. Double check your email address"
I have uninstalled the SM program, rebooted and reinstalled the program. Same thing.
Anyone else witness this behavior?
