Email disappeared from sent folder

We have a client reporting that not all their sent emails are being saved in the sent items folder. Some are but other are not. They have verified that the recipient received their email but it does not show up in the sent items. The user is using webmail full time.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue before?

Hello, which build of SmarterMail are you running ? There is a fix for Sent Items issues in the build 7685.

  • Fixed: Scenario in which some messages may not appear in the Sent Items folder.

Although we are using SM build 8251 it seems that this this bug still exists. We have a client using both webmail and Outlook and they have the same issue.
