Outlook Content Filtering it's NOT working when used with SmarterMail MAPI

Hello All,

We are using the latest version of Smartermail with MAPI support.

I have 3 content filters created in webmail and 1 another in Outlook. The content filters at webmail it's working fine, but the another that I was created in Outlook don't appears in webmail and don't work inside outlook. (for example all message's from nobody@localdomin move to Folder X). Only work when I create the rule but after outlook restart don't work anymore.

Unlike a real exchange server, outlook rules don’t populate into webmail and vice versa. We’ve been begging for this and one of the things holding many of our users back.

I guess the ST can release a document with some functions that work and don't work.

It's help us in the testing enviroment.

I hope that SmarterTools fix this issue soon.

Currently this is the #first of two issues preventing us to migrate all our customers from Exchange to SmarterMail.

The #second issue is Outlook not saving View settings...

CLEBER SAAD, a suggestion:

Change the post subject to "Outlook Content Filtering it's NOT working when used with SmarterMail MAPI" and change the type of post from "Ask a Question" to "Report a Problem"...
