Smartertrack Circle Progress Problem

i'm using the free Version of SmarterTrack.

After Installation the portal works very well.

The Root Management Console is showing up but there is a loading circle over the whole page which not finishing. After 10 Minutes also the same result.

Can someone help here?

A few things you can try:
  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Recycle your app pool
  3. Restart the site
  4. Uninstall and reinstall -- just use Add/Remove Programs and uninstall SmarterTrack as that won't delete any folders. 
If you don't have it set up this way, I'd also recommend having SmarterTrack in its own app pool. 

These may help get rid of it -- the uninstall/reinstall should for sure.
