A few things you can try:
- Clear your browser cache
- Recycle your app pool
- Restart the site
- Uninstall and reinstall -- just use Add/Remove Programs and uninstall SmarterTrack as that won't delete any folders.
If you don't have it set up this way, I'd also recommend having SmarterTrack in its own app pool.
These may help get rid of it -- the uninstall/reinstall should for sure.
