2 email addresses are getting the same emails over and over again, up to 300 a day

I have 2 mailboxes, different domains, getting the same email over and over again from a bank. I've tried to contact them to figure out the problem. I'm assuming its on their end. Can it be anything on my end, such as greylisting? I don't and can't block their IPs because there are legit emails also coming through.

These are coming from them, its not like I have forwarding setup between 2 account causing a circular issue.

So actually I just went ahead and disabled greylisting for their entire IP range since each email seemed to be coming from different servers within that range.

192.100.234.0 - 192.100.234.255

Just giving it a shot.

The only other thing I can think of is creating a filter for the clients so the emails to go into a folder and hope it gets resolved somehow later.
