Thunderbird moving emails and filters

We are having trouble with emails that should be moved to another folder other than sent via mail filters in ThunderBird. This problem arose in the November release, and continues in the current release.

  • SmarterMail Enterprise, Build 7669 (Dec 30, 2020)
Is anyone else having this issue, and if so is there a solution?

Also, dragging emails into other folders doesn't work in Thunderbird.

Actually, it COPIES the email to the other mailbox, but doesn't delete the original.
