[7661] Changing language

Hello

The update to build 7661 cleared the language settings in the Webmail. If somebody tries to change it back to the german language, the message "Language was not updated to prevent an email folder name conflict" pops up.

What can the users do?

Take a look inside the webmail, you maybe have some folders with german names.

If yes, just delete them / rename them

I'm not sure, if a customer will understand this. And rename to what name?

I can understand you, especially for the customers, but that's the only way to make it work.

I usually see duplicate folders like BOZZE (drafts in italian) or POSTA INDESIDERATA (Junk mail); I usually delete them (moving the messages inside them in the right folders) and then switching the language.
