we use MS Dynamics CRM, in which all possible data, processes and the like of our customers and suppliers are stored.

Now we are planning to integrate SmartTrack as a ticket system.

We would like to use contact and company data from CRM in Smartertrack without duplicate data storage. That means Smartertrack should preferably use the database of the CRM and not its own. Is this possible? Has anyone already implemented something like this?

Is there additionally or at least the possibility to display and filter records from the CRM database in Smartertrack?
