We have received complaint from our client that they are unable to view emails in Sent Items from Saturday to today’s morning whether they have sent email. We have checked the logs for the same and can confirm for it.

[2020.11.10] 09:43:12 Orphan detected at UID 1238.
[2020.11.10] 09:43:12 Orphan detected at UID 1239.
[2020.11.10] 09:43:12 Orphan detected at UID 1240.
[2020.11.10] 09:43:12 Orphan detected at UID 1241.
[2020.11.10] 09:43:12 Orphan detected at UID 1242.
[2020.11.10] 09:43:12 Orphan detected at UID 1243.
[2020.11.10] 09:43:12 7 orphan(s) cleaned.
What does this scanning for Orphan messages and how to identify which messages are cleaned by this? How to check particular email of UID?
Is this new implementation as we did not find such logs before 9th Nov and checked in different client’s Smartermail as well.
