Hello Guys, I need anyone to teach me how to solve the spool and waiting to deliver keep loading. In this situation SmarterMail is working as well; it can receive and send out the email successfully. Just have a doubt on spool ....anyone knows about how to solve it?

Hello,

Wow you have a lot of e-mails stuck in the waiting to deliver status.

Are they all from the same sender ? Is that a local sender and is that normal mail traffic for this account ? It might be compromised and used to SPAM.

You should open one of these in the list and then select the three dots menu in the popup window, then select View recipients to see why they are stuck (Status column should contain the reason for them being stuck).

Kind regards

Thank Mr.Sébastien Riccio answer me.
Yes, all have come from the same sender. These few days I manually delete the spool file through my server but it doesn't use...the new sender will in the spool.
Alright, follow your guide I found the result like this; it's a yahoo error? and how to solve it?

Hello,

It's not a yahoo "error". It looks like your server is used to send a huge amount of unsolicited mails (aka SPAM) so
yahoo is throttling/rejecting mail sent from your server.

Either the accounts of your customers are compromised and used by spammers or, maybe they/you are the spammer ?

Disable the account.
Then clean the spool.
They are reported as spam so you will need to resolve that with the user.

You may also want to confirm SMTP Authentication is enabled in the domain settings, within Settings>Protocols>SMTP In, and within your domain defaults. If you are not requiring authentication on SMTP this might be where the spam is originating from. If you need further assistance tracking this down please don't hesitate to submit a ticket with support. Have a good one!
