Declude will not install

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to get Declude to install on our server. SM version 17 Build 7544. Downloaded Declude 4.12.11 new install for SmarterMail. Getting this error when trying to install: "The SmarterMail mailconfig.xml was not found. Use the SmarterMail Admin GUI to add a Primary DNS to the mail server and try again." We are currently using Google public DNS for the primary and secondary DNS servers. 

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

They have documents on how to install and how to solve that.

Even better, pay them to set this up for you.
We have used Declude since Scott wrote it but Linda does a better job than we can.
Highly recommend using them.

Thank you, I found the issue there. Google was no help :)
